We require that perspective vendor or exhibitors have material or products that are in some way related to wildlife or other environmental themes.
Exhibitor fees for one 8′ table are as follows:
- $25 for nonprofit organizations
- $50 for nonprofit organizations, with sales
- $100 commercial organizations
The 2026 vendor form will be available in June 2026 to selected vendors.
