TOUR DESCRIPTION

Join local birding expert David Yee for an engaging nature walk at Jessie’s Grove Winery in Lodi, where the historic oak grove provides a beautiful setting for discovering the birds and wildlife that call this special place home.

As you stroll beneath the majestic oaks, David will share his extensive knowledge of bird biology, migration, behavior, and identification. Whether you’re an experienced birder or simply curious about nature, this guided walk is a wonderful opportunity to sharpen your observation skills and discover the remarkable diversity of wildlife in the grove.

Keep your eyes and ears open as we explore the habitat and learn to recognize local and migratory birds by their appearance, calls, and behaviors. David’s insights will bring the landscape to life and deepen your appreciation for the important habitat these oak trees provide.

After the walk, enjoy an optional wine tasting at Jessie’s Grove Winery. Wine tasting is not included in the tour cost and must be reserved separately through the winery. Participants must be 21 or older to participate in wine tasting.
