The Lodi Sandhill Crane Association (LSCA) is pleased to provide information about its online, offline and electronic use Privacy Policy. LSCA is committed to protecting your privacy interests. This Privacy Policy governs the way we collect and use your information both online and offline, including social media sites.

While we try our best to safeguard your personal information once we receive it, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Your use of Media, or provision of personal information to the LSCA, constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this policy.

The LSCA only gathers information, such as first and last names, home addresses, email addresses and credit card numbers, when voluntarily submitted by you. If you make an online donation, purchase merchandise or memberships, or book a tour registration, personal information will be collected from you, in order to process your request(s).

When you submit a credit card, or other third party payment request, you are giving us permission to submit information necessary to complete the transaction to our processing vendor. We do not store credit card, or other payment access numbers, or other sensitive financial or banking information in our databases.

We will use personal information collected from you, with your permission, to send you information, such as our newsletter, special event invitations or offerings, fund-raising campaigns, and LSCA surveys. If you elect not to receive such materials, we will not send them to you.

The LSCA may collect and use non-personal information, including your IP address, browser, connection speed, domain, referring URL, website browsing patterns, and other environment-related information, for the purpose of providing a secure environment for the use of the services and to calculate aggregate statistical information about the guests using these services. This information is used to protect our users and to provide a better user experience.

The LSCA may aggregate information, such as member or tour registration participant zip codes, and provide that to third parties at our discretion for the purpose of data collection and analysis.

Any dispute arising out of, in connection with, or related to this policy shall be brought in any federal or state court located in San Joaquin County, and the parties hereby waive any objection they may have to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
